Our shipping is 100% FREE WORLDWIDE on all orders! Who doesn’t love a freebie? We try to keep our platform competitive with a wide range of quality products and prices. And more so - we want to encourage others to join the Crypto Movement!

Some orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which can be incurred when shipments reach certain countries. It is the customers responsibility to settle these costs if applicable.


Orders take an average of 2–5 business days to be fulfilled before being delivered. Delivery times vary according to each country. For example, the US and UK take on average 2-8 days, while further outlying areas like Nepal can take an average of 2-3 weeks. You can see your estimated delivery time and track your order status once shipped. While we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, shipping times can sometimes be delayed - such as during peak holiday periods, due to natural events or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed about your order status throughout the entire process and appreciate your patience!

Our shipping partners currently ship to all countries and international regions, except: Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen. This list may change periodically without prior notice.

We are just as excited as you to receive our products and will update you every step of the way! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order tracking page and will also be able to sign up for email tracking notifications.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item/s and deliver the rest of the order.




Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if something is wrong with your order - so that we can make it right as soon as possible. Please note that you have 30 days from the date of receipt to issue a refund or return request. After 30 days, you will unfortunately not be eligible to do so anymore.


We offer a full refund or return on orders based on the below conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items - if the delivered item/s is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect Items - if the incorrect item, colour or size was delivered to what was ordered
  • Original Condition - to be eligible for a refund or return, your order needs to be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused and with the original tags and packaging

We do not offer a refund or return on orders based on the below conditions:

  • Change of Mind
  • Exchanges - we do not offer exchanges or refunds if the incorrect item, size or colour is ordered. Our suppliers print custom items for each order, and therefore cannot return or refund items based on change of mind or incorrect selections. As such, you will be liable for placing a new order at your own cost. We try to be as descriptive as possible for each product, so be sure to carefully select your desired product sizes, colours or items.
  • Non-Returnable Items - we unfortunately cannot accept returns on certain types of products, including - personal care or intimate products like underwear, as well as sale items and gift cards
  • Incorrect Details or Unclaimed Packages – please note that we are not liable for reshipping or refunding orders in cases where incorrect or undeliverable addresses or contact details are provided. This also applies to packages that are unclaimed at customs or returned-to-sender ; unable to contact the customer ; or if the package is marked as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, you will be liable for creating a new order or reshipment costs should you wish to proceed as such

Once assessed and approved by our suppliers, your item will be replaced or refunded to your original payment method.
